Slow Down & Restore - A Self-Care, Restorative Yoga Workshop
Sunday, 29th April 3pm-5.30pm
There are still spaces on this workshop which is all about restoring energy. It's so easy to be busy with our lives that you hit burn out. In this workshop we take the time to slow right the way down, nurture ourselves, with massage, essential oils and restorative yoga. We actually put The Self into Self-Care.
Get ready for slowing down and feeling more connected. Expect slow, exploratory movements, self-massage with essential oils, conscious breathing, hatha yoga, yin yoga, pranayama and meditation. Rosemarie will then lead a long, gentle restorative yoga practice fully supported by props to leave you feeling rested, central nervous system being soothed and restored to as damn near normal as we can make it. All levels (including pregnancy) welcome.
If you have never tried Hatha Yoga with me - it's worth doing it's completely different - very slow, soft music, but still a journey (sometimes a surprise one!) through the asana!
