Who would have seen that one coming up 🤣🤣🤣 no big words needed, right? Lets do this! I just had a second thought about intermittent fasting, which I will try to add to my planning for the text 5 days to see how things are going. I will go for the 18:6, which means I will be fasting from bedtime up to 14:00 and then eating until bed time. Why? Like this I can have two nice dishes and will snack less. In return, I am anyway not a big eater in the morning.... #waitandsee! Have you ever fasted!? Curious to hear how it went! 😘😘😘

#day100 So here we are. A number that seemed damn near impossible for me 99 days ago lol. I cannot express how fortunate I am to have been introduced to this new way of life. I feel better than I have in over a decade. I'm inching closer to my first goal of -50 lbs. I'm down 38.4 since 05/14/17, 29 of that in these last 100 days.
