I just had a second thought about intermittent fasting, which I will try to add to my planning for the text 5 days to see how things are going. I will go for the 18:6, which means I will be fasting from bedtime up to 14:00 and then eating until bed time. Why? Like this I can have two nice dishes and will snack less. In return, I am anyway not a big eater in the morning.... #waitandsee! Have you ever fasted!? Curious to hear how it went! 😘😘😘
