A lot of research , clinical trials, case studies and science went into the creation of my new favourite book “The Plant Paradox” by @drstevengundry .
I 110% recommend it to anybody interested in living their best life. I became interested in this book whilst I was looking for strategies to reduce the pain caused by the fracture at my hip. I couldn’t have found a better book.
