I'm a sucker for a good backbend and then add in a handstand.. I'm sold! 🙃 - Why do I enjoy these things? 🙄... Because they challenge me daily, I am not going to achieve my goals overnight but damn I am going to practice everyday and have fun with it all until it becomes natural to me.👌🏼 So when I hear people say they have tried this, that and old injuries are holding them back, blah blah.😴Don't let your excuses or past effect your abilities to better yourself. 👊🏼 - You have to work on your goals and the things 'holding you back' daily if you want to progress, just putting 10/20 minutes once a week isn't going to have a long lasting effects (if any). 🤦🏻‍♀️ - So if you want to achieve the perfect handstand, increase your flexibility, achieve 10 pulls ups or get a deadlift PB than you have to work on yourself everyday to make sure nothing gets in the way of your goals. Whether that be stretching, strengthening, myofascial release or the goal itself, you have to put the time into it and not make anyyyyy silly excuses. 😴 - If you would like help on achieving your goals and not letting your mobility and old injuries get in your way than get in touch. 📩 #upyourrom 🔝
