I remember when a plate full of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies in the house would have sent me over the edge 👋🏼 I used to have so much anxiety/fear around sugar and sweets and anything that was labeled as “bad for you”. Thank god it no longer has to be this way. You can take the power back. Food doesn’t have to consume your every thought 💭 Sweets are not from the devil here to destroy you 😂 I’m sorry, I don’t mean to laugh. I know it can really feel that way. But maybe some literal “lightening” up will allow you to release the tight grip on your diet and allow you to just live your f’n life. There is a bigger goal to achieve underneath the weight that ‘needs’ to be lost. And it’s to become your own best friend again and live your best life ✌🏼 End of Cookie Rant 🍪 Happy Sunday!
