Good morning! 🌞 I want to share with you my biggest lesson so far:
I do not need snacks and alcohol on a bad day.
Okay, so I am a stress eater. Or at least, I used to be. Going into this program, I made a vow to not cheat and have these 2 things, knowing that this would be the hardest part.
When I feel stressed out, I'd grab a snack and munch mindlessly.
After a bad day, I would sit down with a beer or mixer and relax with the hubby.
I have not done either of these in over a month. I have stayed strong, pushed myself harder in my workouts to relieve stress, and said no to many beers on the ice while Sturgeon Spearing 😅. I haven't died. The looks I get when I say no haven't made me rethink anything. I have learned that when I'm really fuel my body, I don't need anything extra.
Now, am I looking forward to April? Yes! This program ends by my hubby's birthday and I SO plan on going out and having a drink 😄🤗 But right now, I am sticking with my positive choices and letting my exercise be my stress relief!
