Tonight tho 😍😍🔥💋 —— Today was such an amazing day. I had an awesome workout this morning 💪🏻💪🏻👌🏻👏🏻 I killed my upper body workout and of course did about 20 mins of cardio to finish.
Once again as soon as I dropped my son off at the play center, and started my warm up, I felt my #bodyoctane kick in with my #scorchpowder by @mansports & I felt my blood pumping, and the next thing I knew, I was already a half hour into my workout. —- I personally would recommend the scorch in pink lemonade, it’s that sweet & sour all in one.
For my pre workout, I use lemon 🍋 lime & it really just make me want to drink it down so fast that when it hits me, I’m so ready for it!! That tingly feeling just make me want to go harder until I can’t anymore. ——- The days that I start my mornings killing the cardio I definitely take sweat compound 💦 it doesn’t lie!!
