Day 34 of the Man Sports Personal Best Challenge.
Last week was like death. My buddy and I went as hard as we could lifting as much as we could without dying in the process (so it felt). The latter part of the week we kept going even though the muscles were sore beyond anything I have had to endure in a long time.
Today was a day of will power, determination, and exhaustion. Trying to stay consistent with my regular lifts proved to be challenging. But we made it and today is finally over. Just enough time to go home and do 20 mins of cardio before breaking into some yogurt and water.
I havent lost as much over all weight as I would have liked but this past month my strength and leanner muscle has improved. Ill take that cause this is going to be a much longer road than 60 days. But I'm pushing myself harder now because I'm posting about it and want to make it count. So ill cut everyone loose and just wish you all luck in your journey.
