I haven't posted in a while about my fitness transformation update. But it doesn't mean I haven't been working on it..
I knew in order to reach to my fitness goal, that I've been trying to achieve for some time. I needed to make a change in my routine. Thanks to Ida and Siaosi at #rawmanafittness , I was able to make that change. The system they use at Rawmana Fitness, has help me change my physique in a little of 4 weeks. The results you see, is something I've have never been able to achieve on my own. I can honestly say, this is the best shape and lowest weight, I've ever been in my adult life. And as I continue with their guidance, I know I will be able to finally reach that physique I've been striving for years. This is only the beginning! .
