Only 3 spaces left now.! ✨Yoga&Everyday People ✨ Six weeks have passed and due to demand I’m running another course ! •So you’ve seen all those pics of people in incredible yoga poses. Right? •You’ve watched videos of yogis doing incredible routines. Right? •You’ve read and heard of the benefits of practicing yoga and thought about trying it 🔮BUT 🔮 •you think you’re not flexible. •you think you’re not fit enough. •you’ve never done it. •you think you don’t have time. •you think it’s just not your thing. •you think you’re too old. •you think you’re too fat. •you think you don’t want to look like an idiot. •you had/ have an injury and think your body “can’t take it “. 🤸🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️ In the past year I have had so many people from different circles asking me if I thought that they could go to a class. So many people telling me they are afraid of looking stupid. I have offered one to one sessions and I have realised how much misconception there is about yoga. What it is , why is good for you , where it comes from if it’s suitable for different shapes and bodies... 🌕🙏🏽🌚 I will be holding a very small space for EVERY.BODY. A place where we can be ourselves and feel comfortable from the start. A space for a very small tribe (10 people Max). A space for self acceptance where we can grow and learn from the beginning. Where we spend 7 weeks together discovering and deepening our yoga practice. The breathings , the asanas ( postures) the different types of yoga , the meditation , the relaxation .....and much more. 🌕🙏🏽🌚 The course will run Every Monday 7.15-8.15pm for 7 magic weeks starting on the 26th of Feb in Stretford. Want to be part of the tribe ? 🌚🙏🏽🌕 Don’t worry Easter hols are still all yours.
