No matter how old or young, overweight, underweight or average you may be it's never too early or late to start. ................................................... We should all be exercising and fueling our body's with proper nutrition to live a long healthy life full of vitality and functionality well into our old age. It may not seem like a necessity now but as we age, our muscle mass decreases, our bones get more fragile and our more demand is put onto our cardiovascular system and body in general to perform daily tasks we do without thinking today so putting in the work now will help us to stay fit, agile and independent for the rest of our lives.
