Grocery haul today meant meal prep. You should have seen our basket ... 3/4 of it was bread, corn dogs, chili, ravioli, Mac & cheese and fruity pebbles that had marshmallows in it! 😱 Then you get my 1/4 of spinach, chicken breasts, sandwich thins, strawberries and bananas.
It can be such a struggle to live with these two guys and all the crap they shovel in. 😣
That’s where meal prepping comes in ... I did Zucchini noodles topped with turkey & tomato stuffed mini peppers. ((Tip: I keep my zoodles and peppers raw because I like al dente and when it’s heated, perfect)). Accompanied by steamed edamame and fresh vegetables.
I also prepped baked chicken so I can make chicken, tomato and spinach sandwiches on the sandwich thins or use it on a spinach and strawberry salad. Options are key for me.
Beat the urge! Resist the crap that does nothing for your body.
