Tuesday morning workouts are my fave because it's alllll about the arms and abs💕 • One of the reasons I love working out in the morning and at home is because I can get it all done before the kids wake up (Most days😜) and I can get a serious, laser focused work out on all my needed areas (cough cough my muffin top and triceps...anyone else struggle after baby 2 with those?!) instead of wondering aimlessly at the gym. • Liv woke up just at the end today and pretty much played me in Baby WWF to change her less than beautiful mess of a diaper🤦🏼‍♀️...thank god my guns could keep her down😂 • 1 point for mom 0 points for Liv • Happy Tuesday all!
