Do you want to be strong or just “appear” to be strong? It’s a legitimate question. Size and muscle have nothing do to with strength. Tristan (On the left) looks strong and IS strong. However other guys his size are not strong. As scrawny as I appear to be standing next to him I am equally as strong performing this feat of strength. Think it’s a trick? This shouldn’t take you more than 15 minutes to complete! 🙌🏼 So what are you waiting for??? Save this 🔰, tag your friend👯, and go crush that core 👊🏼 The dumbbell is used to support you during all exercises. You can take It out of you would like but on exercise 3 and 4 It will increase the difficulty. - Do each exercise for 20reps each with 10 seconds rest in between to transition. Rest a total of 90 seconds after all 6 exercises are completed. So here are some great alternatives. Use a step to make the incline a little easier, or a bench or railing to ease off a bit more. #keto chips and guacamole on this gorgeous day! For the chips: 3/4 c almond flour, 2 tbs flax seed meal, 1 tsp lime juice, 1 egg white, 1/2 tsp of each chilli powder and cumin, sea salt. Roll with a rolling pin in between two pieces of parchment paper; season however you like (I use sea salt and garlic powder); use a sharp knife to cut lines through the dough and bake at 350 for 10 mins (a bit longer if you want them crispier)
