💪🏽Cable curls and overhead rope tricep extensions, 5 sets of 40,30,20,10,10 (rest: 45seconds, 60secs, 75secs, 90secs)
💪🏽Barbell curls and lying barbell skull crusher 5 sets of 10,10,20,30,40 (rest: 90secs, 75secs, 60secs, 45secs)
