Gestern gab es ein sehr intensives Schultertraining ✌🏼 Bis auf die Drückenden Übungen habe ich alles in Bereich der 20Wdh. Absolviert. Ich muss echt sagen, dass der Pump und das Muskelgefühl deutlich besser sind bei höheren Wiederholungen insbesondere bei der Schulter. Oft hört man dann zwar immer ... ja das ist ja aber Kraft-Ausdauer ... und weiter? #Slow #Cooker #Chicken #Thighs Not mad at all about how easy these are. #TOTAL #TIME: 2:15 #PREP: 0:15 #LEVEL: EASY #SERVES: 4 #INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 6 bone-in or boneless chicken thighs kosher salt Freshly ground black #pepper 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. honey 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 oz. freshly chopped ginger 2 tbsp. sriracha Juice of 1 lime Cooked #rice, for serving Freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish #DIRECTIONS In a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. #Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and sear until golden, 3 minutes per side. #Transfer chicken thighs to slow cooker. Whisk together soy sauce, #ketchup, honey, garlic, ginger, Sriracha, and lime juice. Pour sauce over chicken and toss to combine. #Cover and cook until no longer pink, on low for 6 hours or high for 2 hours. #Serve with rice and #garnish with cilantro.

Overtraining ????? Do we over train the body ? Do we over train specific body parts in a desperate fight to drive muscle growth in these lagging areas ?? I think to answer this question we need to look outside the box and also the gym ! Do i think over training is possible ?? 100 percent ! However i dont think over training a lagging body part 3 times a week is possible unless we know what the individuals nutrition is like ! For example training an already depleted body will only increase catabolism in the body , this basically means the body will break down protein ( your muscle ) to produce glucose ! However a well fed body will ensure glycogen stores in the muscle are fully restored after each an every session so when you come along and hit that muscle group again you will have a strong and able muscle that will progressively lift heavier and get stronger and eventually get bigger !! #consistantnutrition Keeping in mind it takes 48hrs to fully restore glycogen i myself practice hitting body parts no more than twice a week so to ensure recovery of the target muscle , sometimes less is more ;-) #irishfitfam #corkfitfam #gym #pt #nutrition #prep #goals

#HappyHumpDay! 🍑 Here's a couple of exercises from yesterday hammy/glute session... Working on single leg exercises helps with muscular imbalances, activation and stability. As you all know one of my favourite hammy exercise is the good old Romanian deadlift, and a single leg variation 👌🏼 - - A TIP for cable kickbacks/abduction... Do whatever angle works for you! Everyone activates their muscles differently so try too steer away from what the "booty queens" do on insta and find what stance works for you!
