This is where I currently am with my body. I’ve worked my ass off to get where I am today. I’ve learned that being healthy and eating right doesn’t necessarily mean that you never get to eat junk food again, because I do. I have my cheat days. Tolerance and patience are two golden keys to life's happiness. I have become so tolerant of people and their actions ; not in a cold, sarcastic sense. More of a real understanding that people just the way they were raised to be. Each one of us is different . I have learned so much about myself in the past two weeks in the process of healing, mending and improving my choices in life . There comes a point where you must remove the toxicity from you because a situation is just too hot in the moment. Maybe even a week or a few weeks and if you feel the same after revisiting it's probably best to let go and be ok with your decision . I don't think being tolerant means to be bearing of someone hurting you for the sake of love. I don't think that by tolerating certain attitudes and behaviors make you " stronger" if anything they make you bitter . This week and it's happenings have opened my eyes quite a bit to what and how people are . Most of all I learnt that I've been tolerating someone and their family for the sake of a love that truly doesn't exist . You don't hurt the people you love . You certainly don't lie to them .

If someone's soul does not align with yours wish them well and move on. Tonight after a long time I'm realizing the words of my dance team, my girlfriends , my guy friends - how I wished I'd let go so much sooner. There's a greatness that exists when you know you have vibrated in frequencies higher then someone you are close too. It doesn't make anyone bad a person you just evolve past them. You are no longer in place where the same space can be shared . You've grown past your own comfort zones. Sometimes people aren't ready no matter how much time you give them. It almost makes you question loyalty and this universe but the truth is everyone is right where they need to be. But me, I've just gone into a place where I'm flowing in a peaceful manner . Where anyone who brings sadness, discomfort, uneasiness or any sort of negativity . I just don't have room for that kind of "love"
