POWERED BY AC/DC . Highway to hell sums up todays run. I'm full of snot and feeling really run down but I knew I had to get the miles in. It wasn't the 16 I had planned, but Im happy with my efforts, I kept tripping over my feet at mile 11 and I knew I was tired so I made the decision to change my route and headed home. . Now it's time to get back in bed with a Lemsip and coat myself in Olbas Oil and hope I can shake this cold off before my next run! . Here is a little reminder that you can achieve anything you want. You just need to believe in yourself. Fill your mind with positive thoughts because what you think will happen. Believe that you can and you will. No matter what it is, male realistic goals, goals which brings you further and makes YOU happy. Work for it and take your time which you need. It won't be easy everytime but you will be proud that you didn't gave up.❤ ~ Started my day with a very nice and sunny but cold almost 19km run.🏃 Made exactly 18.98km with a pace of 5'17"per km which i'm pretty happy with it! It was a good start and the feeling now is just great.💕 Was afterwards at the gym and made a few exercises for my upperbody and abs💥 Hope you started well too!

4.72km done (after today may change my units to miles) and it slightly killed me not gonna lie. Haven’t run in ages except on the treadmill where it is much easier trust me. But went with my brother who slowed his pace for me and kept me entertained while I walked/ran. This is practice 1/___ until the half marathon in October and I know it’s going to be a lot of work.
