Heavy upper body work today focusing on some old school back and bi’s chest and tri’s 💪🏻
a) 1RM Pull-up at 35kg
b) 3x10 Dips
c) 5x10 Bicep curls at 30kg
d) 3x10 Explosive knee tucks at 12kg
I set the range of motion requirement for the pull-up as chin over bar so whilst I got my chin in line with the bar at 40kg I wasn’t happy with it 🙅🏻♂️
