This past week, as I manage my way through the energetic intensities of March and the strong #moonenergy leading up to yesterday’s #newmoon, I added the #Qigong to my #selfcare practice. There’s a multitude of benefits that it brings to strengthening and balancing the mind. Here’s what Energy Arts Inc. Says about Qigong.
