Your workout shouldn’t be over until you’re gassed! Here is a great workout finisher. Landmine press with split stance (opposite/pivot foot is staggered forward and other leg is back for support, such that you can use rotation and leg drive when you press the weight up). Pick a weight that you can manage for 8-12 reps. Start with your non-dominant arm, go all the way to failure with explosive reps, and then immediately switch to your dominant side and match this number. Your shoulders, obliques, and endurance will all be shot by the end.
Training in a different gym is definitely putting me into a curious position. Switching environments and equipment has only lead to greater pumps 😅
