Unfortunately my Website & Etsy Store will be temporarily closed for at least another month or more. This was a hard decision to make.
Reluctantly, I've realised I'm not a "superwoman". I must focus all my energy on the onerous, daily (painful) Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy Regime arising from the accidental leg injury in Chile, South America on 22 December 2017. Three months and 3 operations later, improvements aren't happening as fast as expected.(Medical advice is to aggressively aim for maximum Range of Movement ASAP, else my knee bend may be permanently disabled for life. This means no sitting for longer than an hour at the Cinema, Theatre, Opera or Travel by Plane! NO! I'm too young for this!!!) Please be reassured: Existing orders & email requests will still be fulfilled as soon as possible. Hoping to re-open around the end of April...or May? Watch this space. Please subscribe to my occasional Newsletter for the re-opening date.
Thanks for your patience, and your loyalty, I really appreciate it. (To my fantastic repeat customers, who have supported me for many years with 3 or more orders, please email me privately if you desperately need something - I will try to help, if I can. Every day is a "new experience". The unpredictability of excessive tiredness is challenging). I'm trying to stay positive and gracefully accept my temporary, new "slow living" stage of life... For as long as it takes. Thanks for reading this.
SPECIAL thanks to my Quilting friend from P's & Q's, Ivanhoe (Patchworkers & Quilters Guild) @helen_macqueen_textile_art for generously lending me her exercise bike to use at home 5 times a day. It really helps! Thank you, Helen!
