Come to Jesus moment: I don’t think I’m going to finish this #metconmonster challenge by Friday. I just started a new job with 12h shifts, my grandmother recently passed away, and I am physically, mentally and emotionally EXHAUSTED. I have probably spent 70% of my day in bed, and really didn’t care if I made it to the #gym But I got up, watched an episode of #startrekdiscovery and decided that sometimes #showingup is all you can do. So here’s #Day4 : @jillfit “Barbell Bliss”
5 min #cardio warm up, 30s push, 30s rest (I walked on an incline of 15 at 2mph and 3.5mph)
Every other minute on the minute of #squats (60 # with #dumbbells ) and 20 #plyolunges (10 sets of each). .
I still can’t seem to figure out this whole #gymselfie thing (the lighting is never good, I’m always stuck in some small awkward space with a jillion people around), so y’all are getting a #sweaty boob pic from home 🤷🏻♀️
