Deadlift vid from my intense workout today (probably the most intense workout I've ever done so far). I got up to 70kg on my deadlifts, my form is looking okay but definitely needs some improvements. Taking videos of my workouts is helping me immensely as I can see where I need to improve and where I'm killing it. 10/10 would recommend!!
Deadlifts were followed by:
💥Hip thrusts 60kg
Then ramped it up to one set of 25 then one set of 30
(This actually fucking killed me to the point I needed a 30 minute break and I might have vomited) 💥Resistance bands hamstring curls
Then I enjoyed drinking my body weight in water and eating the tastiest kebab. 10/10 would recommend as well 🤤 Hope everyone is smashing those goals today!! 🤸🏼♂️
