The very relaxed running, even in the highspeed level, of all the top athletes is so impressive.
At these athletes you can see that they have a perfect balance of mind and body while running.
But how can you achieve this kind of running style?
In our training running technique exercises and the priority of chasing times don't play the main role; First of all we try to get a feeling for the speed and the body. I use the easy, moderate and fast runs to develop my running technique and to improve my body feeling. If I am too much focused on km splits and goal times my running style looks cramped, but if I'm free in my mind and feel good, my style feels, and probably looks, relaxed.
