monday can definitely make or break the week ahead so make sure you start your week right!! I had a killer back/shoulder workout, got some revision in and found out I got a first on one of my last essays so it’s been a v good day for me💃
Lil cut update, I’ve decided to up my cals slightly for this week as I’ve been in such a big deficit, haven’t been feeling hungry at all but just feel with exams coming up my brain needs the extra fuel🙄 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Talking of exams, they are well and truly creeping up on us and just a reminder to everyone that maybe stressing about it
➡️Don’t stress and overdo it, little short burst are way more effective, take lil breaks to relax and refuel!
➡️Find something to take your mind of everything, for me that’s going to the gym, I like to go early in the morning as it makes my day more productive, I also love taking my dog for a beach walk in the evening as this helps take my mind off things but find what suits/works for you!
➡️Prepare loads of snacks to keep you going throughout the day, if you’re worried about not hitting you macros or whatever perfectly DONT WORRY there is more to life than hitting numbers!
➡️Surround yourself with positive people who help and encourage to work hard and keep going! Honestly this is so important, don’t compare yourself to people on social media, be inspired by others, some of the people I have met on here honestly make a shit day so much better (you know who you are and I love u) ➡️BELIEVE in ya self, cringe but let’s be honest if you don’t believe in yourself there’s only so much others can give you, remember you GOT DIS🌟
