So I made something. I took the same routine I’ve been hammering to paste (even with an added round and modifications and gains in resistance) and replaced all the exercises. I didn’t completely rewrite the game, but I adjusted the playlist as far as the muscle groups, intensity of exercises, and implementation. I did not go to school for this, but I’ve got more workout time logged than most so I’ll call it educated. Plus I first started lifting for results at the age of like 12 - so I *kinda* know what I’m doing.
As anticipated I encountered some muscle memory induced fatigue which was overcomeable but I suspect Friday will kick my ass when I repeat. Will need to tweak resistance (been forever since I did decline press!) and feel that out.
