OMG this is so freaking true that I just had to share! Everything is hard, choose your hard! I hit my heaviest weight ever! I hated myself! I had no confidence! I was so broken! I was in a bad plaice! • • I made a decision to change my life forever! A LIFESTYLE CHANGE was in order! • • I had terrible inflammation. My dear friend @steadmantara educated me about inflammation and I knew I suffered from it! I felt like I was a swollen puff ball! • • I heard JJ VIRGIN speak about an inflammation diet at an event with TONY ROBBINS in Calgary! So on Jan 3 I implemented her program! • • I eliminated the following! • soy • corn • peanuts • eggs • gluten • sugar • dairy • • I lost 10 lbs in month 1! Then I decided to take it further and I started eating organically, eating organic greens, fruit, chicken and grass fed beef! • • Then I found the gym as I wanted to gain muscle mass and reduce the fat forever! • • Now I am on a full fledged program of using nutritional and weight management supplements to achieve my results much quicker! • • Watch this space cuz it’s just getting fun now! • • Over 20 lbs released, another 30 lbs to go! Sometimes there are moments; whether long or short, but moments where things are just falling into place and going right. Sharing progress pics is never easy. Being vulnerable is scary.... BUT, if it helps even one person be brave enough to start on their own fitness journey... then it’s all worth it! 💗💗 — Be brave enough to start. Do it for you. Do it for those you love. Just do it. — My progress through this program is visible. From a physical perspective. I feel it emotionally and mentally also. 🙌🏻 — I workout once a day, at home. I eat carbs daily.. even bread! 😳😍 I enjoy treats with my kids... (root beer floats are a favorite here!)🍻 — I follow the program as it is designed to be followed. It's all fun and games til your jeans don't fit anymore.. 🚫👖👀😿 Iike I mentioned previously I've always struggled with my weight and I'm a thick framed girl, it's so hard for me to actually stay "lean" or keep a small waist so when I don't follow a balanced lifestyle I gain weight so EASILY😒😣 and I get thicker overall. Good Monday morning to ya’ll ❤️ . Last week I was able to drop 10lbs by starting Keto and I did that with only ONE WORKOUT! I am nursing a ski injury in my knee and it was 😡angry😡 at me last week so I decided to take the week off 👍 . Regardless, I still dropped 10 lbs. . All fat loss? NO . It is a combination of fat, inflammation build up, bloat and glycogen. . All inflammation and bloat? NO . There is definitely fat loss and my waist line is slimming and hips and butt are smaller. 🍑 . My body feels great, I’m sleeping deeper into the REM, my knee is healing, my back does not hurt and overall my body feels happy! 😀 . I can’t wait to see what this week brings in terms of fat loss, I’m shooting for another 4-5 lbs! 🤞 I’m going to add back my workouts, which at this point in my life are about 3-4/week consisting of an upper body strength workout, lower body workout, spinning and a full body circuit! .
