Not all workouts need to get you out of breath to be beneficial. Try this little yoga flow I filmed at Christmas. Hold/perform each movement for 1 minute before moving on to the next: Chair Forward Fold Plank Cobra Downward Dog Lunge/hamstring stretch left Lunge/hamstring stretch right Downward Dog Forward Fold Chair. This mini flow will strengthen your leg, core and back muscles, stretch your hamstrings and groin area AND if you focus on your breath in each pose it can help to calm the mind too! Yesterday’s deadlift efforts 🙌🏼 4x8 75kg. I’m 2.5 weeks out from comp and I’ll admit it has surprised me how long my strength has held out throughout comp prep.
