What's up everyone, I know I haven't posted today and there is a reason for that. For the past few days I've been hitting the books, YouTube and various other outlets hard in order to better myself ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ and obtain more knowledge to give back to you guys. . On the other hand I am also studying my material in order to be a certified PT ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ and then continue my education for diet and nutrition. . If I could give anyone advice for this Monday is that your training doesn't only stop once you leave the gym. The most important aspect of your body to train is your mind and constantly try and better yourself with more knowledge.
