Dentro de un estilo de vida saludable, de entrenamiento constante y dietas, quizás algunas estrictas y otras no tanto, son importantes los Suplementos? 🤔 • RESPUESTA DEFINITIVA: SI 👏🏻✔️ • En el tiempo que llevo dentro de este estilo de vida, he escuchado a algunas personas decir que no se necesitan suplementos deportivos, para alcanzar los resultados que buscan. Lo cierto, es que dentro de los suplementos, existen componentes de mucha importancia que necesita nuestro cuerpo para alcanzar un mayor rendimiento, obtener mejores resultados y recuperarnos mejor. Muchos de estos componentes podemos encontrarlos en algunos alimentos, pero existen algunos otros que simplemente no. Por lo tanto, los suplementos son un complemento perfecto, junto a la alimentación, el entrenamiento y el descanso. Cada persona que entra en este estilo de vida, tiene objetivos diferentes; ya sea perdida de grasa y definición, ganar músculos, mayor fuerza y rendimiento, existe un tipo de suplementos ideal para cada objetivo. Safety Squat Bar 🏋🏽 _________________________________________ I did a few low weight, high rep sets with the Safety Squat Bar. When I first started using this bar a while back, I found it a bit weird and didn't really like it. However, now I think it's a great way of working on your squat. _________________________________________ Here are some of the reasons why: 1. A normal bar can put a lot of stress on your lower back and spine. The SSB actually strengthens your back. It is held a bit higher than a standard bar and the camber pushes you forward, forcing you to fight to stay upright. This replicates the back position in a deadlift, and the extra difficulty in this form of squatting will directly improve your pull. 2. The second advantage of the safety squat bar also has to do with the camber pushing the lifter forward. Most people associate a failed squat coming out of the hole with a weak lower back or lower body, when in fact, most of the time  the failed lift is due to the chest caving in. Chest caving is due to weak traps and lats and the safety squat bar works to rectify that. You will have much more trunk stability and strength after using a safety squat bar. 3. The third advantage relates back to shoulder preservation and recovery. I The SSB is easier on your shoulders due to it's positioning. Shoulders get used a lot on a regular basis, when workig most upper body muscles. Over time this can damage them. With the SSB you can save your shoulders and maximize recovery. 4.
