Ladies you need to see these great tips from moi you will get good results in the gym! 😃 ✔ 1. I know the first version creates the best angles to take a photo/video of a great butt 🍑🍑🍑 BUT to get the most out of this exercise turn around, face the opposite way. Watch the angles of my knees and hips you’ll see the difference. This is a must try if you have this machine in your gym. It’s like day and night. No back pain what so ever! ✔ 2. If you want to isolate your glutes more in a kickback, work with the same angle in your knees during the whole movement (station or bent) - but DON’T go from bent to straight during the exercise. ✔ 3. This is the best exercise i know for nice calves. Try it!! Put the bar almost on your butt and not on your lower back. 🔥 . . . New rack pull PB 🤩 - A little progress each day adds up to big results. Last week I hit 15 rack pulls but it was on a higher setting so the bar wasn’t as low. Tried again this week with it back on the lower setting and beat my previous PB (on the same setting) by 3 reps 🙌🏽 - Having a lot of fun lately with our rack pulls. We start every Tuesday with them and we don’t leave till we beat last weeks 😜 (which is usually just the first set anyway after warm up) 💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️ - This is 80kg for 11 and it’s already got me excited to see what we can hit next week. Good Morning 🙋🏼‍♀️, gestern wurde der Fokus nur auf das Krafttraining gelegt. 🏋🏼‍♀️ Wieviele Sätze wir gemacht haben weiss ich leider gar nicht 😁, aber es waren immer 10 Wiederholungen. Ich muss selbst noch auf einiges achten. Hier kann man viel falsch machen. Ganz wichtig: lieber weniger Gewicht, aber eine saubere Ausführung ☝️. Es nützt nichts, wenn Ihr Euch Gewichte drauf knallt und die Ausführung ist falsch. Bei mir wären es 20kg Stange + 10 Kg. Tricep dips - the famous “chicken wing” go to move, but how to do it right? Angle your body close to the bench, your legs distance (starting at a 90 degree bent) determines the level of difficulty (the further out your legs, the higher difficulty level). With your elbow pointing backwards at all times and body almost touching the bench at all times, slowly lower your body until just before your elbow reaches a 90 degree bent, then press yourself up again (focusing on your triceps). Guten Morgen 😊 Ich habe dir heute eine neue und etwas schwierigere Variante der Auafallschritte, als in einem der letzten Posts, mitgebracht 🔥So geht's: 📍du stehst mit dem Rücken zum Slingtrainer 📍ein Bein befindet sich dabei in den Fußschlaufen (die Fußschlaufe ist über dem Fußgelenk) 📍hüpfe nur 2-3 kleine Sprünge nach vorn, weg vom Slingtrainer 📍beuge nun dein Standbein, bis der Oberschenkel ungefähr parallel zum Boden ist 📍drücke dich wieder hoch, bis dein Standbein wieder gerade ist (Bein aber nicht durchstrecken) 📍wiederhole das Beugen und Strecken 10 mal 📍führe dasselbe nun auch für das andere Bein durch.
