QOTD: One thing people don't know about me. I work really hard to control my anger. Yoga helps me daily, and before yoga it was the constant exercising. When I was younger, my teachers were scared of me. I guess I just had this aura around me. Nowadays all these outlets I have have really helped me relax and reminds me to just breathe through it. Things arent as big of a deal as your mind makes it out to be, and you realize that after stepping away from the situation for a little bit, mentally and physically. ·
Something I love about myself is my ability to communicate with people. I think communication is a key to life. You can be a genius but if you can't communicate with people of all levels, you won't go too far.
