22/30 #30daysofyoga Day 22 word is angry. Woke up with some of it so of course that's what showed up on the mat. I looked at the video twice to see how much time was left. I wanted to be present but I was more feeling frustrated and angry. I don't think Diet culture and weight stigma are going away anytime soon and it makes me really angry. .
I am just one person and I know my work matters and working with women and teaching them how to swim the other way in a stream of bs (and stop teaching this to girls) is my favourite but also IT IS HARD. I have to remind myself that it's a marathon and not a sprint. But also anger isn't bad- it can fuel us, it can wake us up and it teaches us something. Anyone else angry? Tell me in the comments below. Get it out!!!!! Also I am 90 percent sure having coffee isn't going to help with anger but it's delicious soooo yea! Kim +coffee = true love. ❤️ #namastebitches
