Through experience I have come to the realization that eating less and eating simple will bring you to higher levels of health. The body is a sensory food processor and the less digestive energy being used the more it can be directed to healing and repairing the body. If you understand what kidney filtration is then you will know that its easier to filter when you eat just a little less than you feel like eating. When you eat simple fruits and vegetables the body can effectively break down foods to be absorbed, utilized, and excreted. This drives nutritionists crazy who think we need a wide variety of foods to make sure we are getting plenty of nutrients, forgetting the energetic properties of live raw fruits and veggies are electrical, as we are. You will have more energy, more mental clarity, and will heal much more rapidly. Its about simplifying and not adding. Keep it simple. I am achieving higher levels of health by eating less, whereas before I ate alot. You can eat all the food you want but if you have mal apsorbtion it doesnt matter.
